TUPUA is an audiovisual short film about a woman's relationship with her blood and her cycles, about the atmosphere of the mental and emotional process of discovering oneself as a woman and freeing oneself from paradigms about, above all, menstrual blood. The story is told by four women, each of whom represents menarche, the menstrual cycle, abortion/pregnancy and the menopause. To talk about this, we talk about the archetype, about being an instinctive, wild woman.

The film converses with various artistic expressions, such as performances, visual arts and dance, which enrich the effect of the discourse and invite other women to participate in this process with the film's team, which is mostly female. We seek to contemplate their inner selves: it's a film from women to women.
